Prof. J. Delehanty from University of Wisconsin-Madison visited South Africa in January 2007. He had a number of meetings with various people at UWC, conducted a grant proposal writing workshop and also visited three high schools. He visited Hector Peterson H/S to observe their progress with regard to the establishment of a vegetable garden at the school. |

From 2006 all the Grade 12 learners in the nine provinces are writing the same two national examination question papers in Agricultural Science. 12 educators from South Africa were able to participate in the Teacher Enhancement Programme of University of Wisconsin-Madison (WisTEP) during the July School holiday. We were also invited to two High Schools which are offering Agricultural Sciences. Read more
