The national Department of Education is co-ordinating a preparatory examination in September 2008 for the Grade 12 National Curriculum Statement.

The WCED will not be taking part in this preparatory examination and schools should thus make their own arrangements for preparing candidates in a mock examination prior to the first writing of the National Senior Certificate.

Most of the question papers and their suggested answers are now available on this website.

The rest of the subjects set for this preparation examination have been loaded onto the policy page where they are available in the learning support table.

Schools are encouraged to use these papers during the month of October for revision.
